Lead Atlassian Application Administrator

Our team works with server, data center, and cloud-based Atlassian applications such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management, among others. We offer various Atlassian services, including cloud migrations, implementation services, Managed Services, and Consultancy.

IF YOU ARE

  • Possessing 3+ years of working experience with Atlassian Administration
  • Strong in Administrating Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence, JSM, and others
  • Experienced in Atlassian migrations (preferably Server-to-Cloud)
  • Competent in Team leading experience
  • Skilled in ITIL processes and ITSM, or good theoretical knowledge
  • Proficient in problem-solving and research skills, with a desire to help people fix their problems
  • Effective as a team player
  • Confident with customer support or system administration
  • Capable of communicating at an intermediate English level
  • Skilled in technical background (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Coordinate the team of 3-5 Atlassian application administrators
  • Support the team with issue troubleshooting
  • Operate with different Atlassian migrations (Server-to-Cloud, Cloud-to-Cloud, etc.)
  • Work on Atlassian configuration requests and product optimization
  • Interact with Atlassian 3rd party add-ons and integrations
  • Attend user guides and training for customers
  • Take part in the administration activities for customers
  • Work closely with the client’s stakeholders, identifying and implementing their requirements for the Atlassian application
  • Integrate the challenges of finding the best solutions for the customers
  • Perform major/minor system upgrades (upgrading Jira to a new version)

  • Help customers with migration to Atlassian Cloud
  • Improve the processes for the customers
  • Make up the solutions focused on customer success
  • Work with complex questions and resolve issues in the Atlassian toolset
  • Get a challenge to find the best solutions for the customers
  • Be involved in direct communication with the client
