Our client is a new boutique risk solutions business created by some of the most well-regarded leaders in the insurance industry.

IF YOU ARE

  • A Salesforce Administrator with 1+ years of hands-on experience
  • Certified as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Familiar with Salesforce data structures, standard objects, and basic object relationships (Lookup and Master-Detail)
  • Proficient in user management, including creating and managing users, profiles, and permission sets
  • Skilled in basic Salesforce configuration tasks such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
  • Experienced with basic data management, including importing/exporting records and maintaining data accuracy
  • Have good communication skills to work with the client
  • Capable of maintaining business communication with a client in English

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Assist with user management, including creating and managing users, profiles, and roles
  • Provide first-level support by resolving basic issues and handling Tier 1 cases
  • Contribute to user guides and documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations
  • Configure page layouts, record types, and assignment rules to enhance the user experience
  • Participate in implementing Salesforce configurations as directed by team leaders
