IF YOU ARE
- A Salesforce Administrator with 1+ years of hands-on experience
- Certified as a Salesforce Administrator
- Familiar with Salesforce data structures, standard objects, and basic object relationships (Lookup and Master-Detail)
- Proficient in user management, including creating and managing users, profiles, and permission sets
- Skilled in basic Salesforce configuration tasks such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Experienced with basic data management, including importing/exporting records and maintaining data accuracy
- Have good communication skills to work with the client
- Capable of maintaining business communication with a client in English
AND YOU WANT TO
- Assist with user management, including creating and managing users, profiles, and roles
- Provide first-level support by resolving basic issues and handling Tier 1 cases
- Contribute to user guides and documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations
- Configure page layouts, record types, and assignment rules to enhance the user experience
- Participate in implementing Salesforce configurations as directed by team leaders
