ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will contribute to building a cloud-based data intake and processing solution for a healthcare technology platform. The focus is on collecting, transforming, and validating client data to ensure it is accurate and ready for further processing within the system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios based on project needs and client feedback
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with the client team and internal stakeholders
- Identify and communicate project risks to the Project Manager
- Contribute to project planning, implementation, and release activities
- Work on a fixed-price project with clear scope, milestones, and delivery goals
- Perform basic API testing (e.g., using Postman)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, DevOps, Backend and Frontend engineers) to ensure product quality and smooth product evolution
- Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, retros, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience in Manual QA/QC
- Basic software testing principles and SDLC
- Structured following testing processes
- Proficiency in data-heavy or analytics systems
- Effective team player with attention to detail, especially when working with data
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Clear communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher) within a multicultural environment
