ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will design and execute integrations that embed agentic and LLM-based AI capabilities into enterprise systems, enabling seamless interaction across legacy and cloud-native environments. You will contribute to R&D-driven and Professional Services initiatives that advance enterprise AI adoption, working within complex client ecosystems. Your work will directly improve system interoperability, agent performance, and real-world AI impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, and business teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI integrations that accelerate innovation and adoption
- Lead cross-functional implementation efforts to integrate agentic AI solutions into existing systems, reducing operational risk and improving system reliability
- Define and implement integration patterns and communication protocols that improve performance and interoperability across AI agents and enterprise platforms
- Design and execute system integration initiatives that support scalable, API-driven, and cloud-compatible architectures
- Contribute to technical excellence initiatives that enhance customer experience and support SoftServe’s global delivery success
- Participate in collaborative, multicultural team environments to drive impactful outcomes across enterprise AI engagements
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of software development using modern programming languages such as .NET and React
- Advanced experience designing and building agentic and LLM-based systems in enterprise contexts
- Proven experience with system integration, technical migrations, and API-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and automation scripting
- Proven ability to analyze, debug, and troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with engineers and AI specialists across teams
