ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of HR operations by supporting employee lifecycle processes, managing data accuracy, and enabling compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. You will act as a key resource for stakeholders, providing guidance on HR processes while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate HR guidance to associates, managers, and HR business partners, enabling timely resolution of employee inquiries and improving service quality through effective collaboration
- Ensure preparation and accuracy of employee documentation and data, reducing process errors while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Manage employee requests related to HR processes, improving response efficiency and ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports, ensuring compliance and minimizing organizational risk
- Execute process controls, data uploads, and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and operational consistency
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, strengthening governance and standardization
- Maintain employee lifecycle processes, including hires, changes, and terminations, ensuring seamless execution from an HR systems perspective
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance HR operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Experience with Microsoft Office for reporting and administrative tasks
- Hands-on experience with HR systems; Workday is considered a plus
- Strong understanding of labor law and employment regulations
- Experience in HR operations, employee services, or customer service roles (3+ years required)
- Experience working in operational environments; IT industry exposure is a plus
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Analytical mindset with solid organizational and self-management capabilities
