ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact, client-facing engineering role at the forefront of AI. You will act as the technical spearhead in both presales and delivery, shaping how enterprise clients adopt AI-powered digital experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on real AI systems in production, not just concepts or slideware, taking ownership from idea to implementation
- Play a critical role in presales and deal shaping, leading demos, workshops, and solution narratives that directly influence client decisions
- Combine AI orchestration, APIs, and agents into scalable, business-critical solutions
- Build and evolve DXP solutions powered by AI—across content management, personalization, and experimentation
- Leverage modern tools such as Cursor, Optimizely Opal, MCP servers, and cloud AI platforms Influence enterprise AI strategy and adoption at both technical and executive levels
- Operate in a high-impact, client-facing role where your work directly drives revenue, shapes engagements, and defines long-term partnerships
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in customer-facing engineering / presales / FDE roles
- Confidence in engaging both C-level executives and deep technical teams, translating complex ideas into clear business value
- Experience with leading DXP ecosystems including Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Contentful
- Hands-on in building AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, agent-based systems, and APIs
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling such as Cursor, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and vector databases
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with solid experience in API-driven integrations
- Passion about MarTech, content management, omnichannel experiences, and personalization at scale
- Thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where experimentation and iteration are key
- Being a natural communicator who can bridge business objectives with technical execution
- Working proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) within a multicultural environment
