Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will manage and publish marketing content across digital platforms using established workflows and processes. You will collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and analytics teams to ensure all digital assets align with brand standards, are delivered on time, and are optimized for performance, engagement, and conversions.

In this role, you will support marketing initiatives by maintaining efficient content production workflows, improving operational processes, and contributing to the growth of brand visibility and marketing pipeline performance.

Responsibilities

  • Publish marketing assets through CMS platforms and HubSpot, including articles, infographics, brochures, event pages, nurturing emails, and whitepaper landing pages
  • Ensure all digital content follows established digital publishing processes, brand standards, and delivery timelines
  • Recommend and implement content optimization strategies and workflow improvements to enhance production efficiency and content performance
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of all required project components
  • Own and maintain internal documentation related to marketing asset production processes, workflows, checklists, and best practices
  • Provide agile content management support during high-demand periods and manage ad hoc requests within agreed-upon timelines
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content management, or related digital streams
  • Strong content management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and HubSpot
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in marketing technologies or digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, HTML, or related certifications) would be a plus
