About the role
In this role, you will lead the delivery of two key enterprise platforms that support developer integrations and a large-scale data ecosystem. Working closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and engineering teams, you will coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality to accelerate reliable outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Utilise Jira extensively to configure boards based on delivery demands, improving process transparency and team coordination while working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to enhance performance, alignment, and productivity while collaborating with architects, principal engineers, engineering managers, and senior business stakeholders
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders by providing clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, and key decisions
- Plan and maintain realistic delivery plans and milestones that align project execution with defined business objectives and delivery expectations
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, remove blockers, and manage scope changes to maintain delivery momentum and stability
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and delivery governance to ensure strong commercial performance and adherence to defined quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, principal engineers, and engineering leadership to ensure technical alignment and cohesive delivery and architecture decisions across teams
- Continuously improve delivery processes and promote best practices to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall delivery quality
- Track and communicate delivery health, KPIs, and outcomes through structured reporting to support transparency and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management with 7+ years delivering software development projects, including risk management, delivery planning, and reporting
- Strong proficiency with Jira, including configuring and adapting existing boards to meet project and team needs
- Solid understanding of enterprise environments and large-scale organizational delivery contexts
- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies applied to complex technology initiatives
- Advanced English communication skills at Upper-Intermediate level or higher for effective collaboration in international environments
- High level of ownership and accountability in driving project outcomes and delivery commitments
- Professional certifications in project management frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or Scrum Master (nice-to-have)
- Practical experience with technology-focused projects involving databases, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, or SDLC processes (nice-to-have)
