  • Establish feedback loops and continuously improve change effectiveness based on insights
  • Contribute to the digital transformation strategy, ensuring change is embedded from the outset
  • Support business case development, defining KPIs, value drivers, and ROI assumptions
  • Assist in operating model design, including process redesign and capability assessments
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level)
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and governance forums
  • Provide reporting on change progress, risks, and adoption metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, product, PMO) within programme delivery
  • Support risk management, escalation, and milestone tracking
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (discovery, proposals, solution positioning)
  • Contribute to building internal frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation (preferably in consulting)
  • Experience delivering change in large-scale digital/platform implementations (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP)

  • Proven experience driving adoption using digital adoption tools and LMS platforms
  • Ability to design and implement holistic change strategies (people, process, technology, culture)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including executive audiences)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level)
  • Ability to lead multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities
  • Exposure to digital transformation strategy, business case development, or operating model design
  • Experience supporting pre-sales or business development activities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and autonomy
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
