REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience directly related to product and marketing management — managing multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, delivery, and long-term growth strategy development
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation for B2B products, including campaign performance analysis and optimization
- Proficiency in LinkedIn advertising and SEO, with hands-on experience in planning, launching, and scaling marketing campaigns
- Team management skills, including building a strong marketing team, effectively delegating tasks, setting priorities, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English level for daily communication with the team and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Chartered marketing qualification with a strong understanding of long-term marketing strategy development, brand positioning, and business growth planning
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Self-confidence and a creative outlook
- FMCG domain knowledge (nice to have)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all marketing activities for the company and within the marketing department
- Developing the company’s marketing strategy in line with business objectives
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
- Creating and publishing marketing materials in line with marketing plans
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns and measuring results
- Being responsible for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online and printed marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications
- Creating a wide range of marketing materials
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
- Maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives
- Analyzing potential strategic partnership opportunities for company marketing
