BS Junior DevOps Engineer (part-time)

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Hands-on work with Docker (image creation, optimization, registries)
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, configMaps/secrets, basic troubleshooting)
• CI/CD setup and support using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps (build → test → deploy)
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), including core services (VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, storage, monitoring)
• Working with Terraform, including writing and maintaining modules
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, CloudWatch/Azure Monitor)
• Solid Linux background (processes, networking, file systems, basic security practices)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL)
• Proficiency in Bash; basic to intermediate Python for automation
• Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication with teams

Nice-to-have skills

• Helm or Kustomize
• Cloud cost optimization practices
• Alerting integrations (Slack, Teams)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain Docker images and support deployments in Kubernetes
• Manage infrastructure configurations and cloud resources
• Set up monitoring, dashboards, and alerts; analyze logs and metrics
• Investigate and resolve production issues
• Handle access control, secrets, and security-related configurations
• Collaborate with development and QA teams
• Optimize system performance and infrastructure costs
