REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding implementation and support processes of different software or previous experience in technical support (CRM or ERP systems)
- Basic knowledge of SQL/DB
- Fluent in Ukrainian and at least a pre-intermediate strong English level
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Stress resistant, responsible, and attentive to details person
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to work in a team and study
- Skills in making and understanding technical documentation
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of the FMCG market
- Basic knowledge and skills in working with C#
- Proficiency in reading specifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing the company’s software products, installation, configuration, and user training
- Working with MS SQL databases (working with data), and Data dashboards (OLAP cubes, etc.)
- Providing technical support for software products, analyzing and resolution of incidents (system errors, data exchange errors, etc.)
- Researching and provisioning of solutions to different issues
- Consulting customers on the configuration of the company’s software products
- Working with customer requests in the support system
- Participating in internal and external project works
- Upgrading and testing software
