BS Junior Business Analyst (SFA)

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid background in deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP or enterprise-grade products in client environments
• 1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position
• Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients’ teams and running workshops
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics
• Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
• Experience in documenting business requirements
• Ability and desire to work in a team
• Time management and prioritization skills

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience in similar positions in FMCG companies or on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting companies)
• Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence), and TPM (Trade Promo Management) software solutions
• Understanding of retail distribution structure and marketing activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Studying, analyzing, and describing business processes within the scope of ongoing projects
• Creating reports and technical specifications for developing additional software functionality
• Interacting with the customer, clarifying requirements, and understanding project specifics
• Collaborating closely with the software development team
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations of the product’s functionality for customers
