REQUIREMENTS
- Starting from 8+ months of experience as a Business Analyst
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency for communication with client teams
- Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
- Basic SQL knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of software development methodology basics
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
- Experience in documenting business requirements
- Ability and desire to work in a team
- Time management and prioritization skills
Nice-to-have skills
- Background in deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP or other enterprise-grade products in client environments
- Experience in similar positions in FMCG companies or on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting companies)
- Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence), and TPM (Trade Promo Management) software solutions
- Understanding of retail distribution structure and marketing activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Studying, analyzing, and describing business processes within the scope of ongoing projects
- Creating reports and technical specifications for developing additional software functionality
- Supporting senior and middle Business Analysts, clarifying requirements with customers, and gaining an understanding of project specifics
- Collaborating closely with the software development team
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of the product’s functionality for customers
