REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of proven practical experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing software implementation role
- Hands-on experience implementing ready-made software products (CRM, ERP, SAP, SFDC, or similar systems) for clients
- Advanced English level for day-to-day communication with the team and clients (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead communication with users and partners across different cultures, as well as with internal technical and non-technical teams
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to various locations around the world
- Basic knowledge of software implementation and development methodologies
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and project requirements (BRDs and PRDs)
- Proficiency in preparing clear and structured implementation documentation
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience in similar roles within FMCG companies or on the contractor's side (system integrators, consulting companies)
- Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence), and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) software solutions
- Understanding of retail distribution structures and marketing activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead software implementation activities from discovery and requirements clarification through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
- Analyze customer business processes and translate business needs into practical product configuration and implementation decisions
- Conduct discovery workshops, clarify requirements, identify gaps, and align the implementation scope with customer stakeholders
- Configure the software product in line with approved requirements and document solution settings, workflows, and implementation decisions
- Prepare functional specifications for integrations, data migration, reports, and additional product functionality when standard capabilities do not fully address customer needs
- Coordinate with software development, QA, product, and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Support data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities in cooperation with customer and technical teams
- Prepare test scenarios, support system and user acceptance testing, track issues, and verify that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions for customer teams
- Support go-live readiness, deployment, stabilization, and handover to support or operational teams
- Maintain clear implementation documentation, status updates, risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycle
