REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of senior-level experience in FMCG commercial functions such as Business Development, Sales Operations, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing/Trade Marketing, and Commercial/Sales Analytics
- Deep understanding and hands-on involvement in FMCG business processes: promotion planning & execution, trade spend management, forecasting, and demand planning
- Willingness to adapt to changes in technology and industry trends; ability to think outside the box and step outside the comfort zone
- Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to understand technology solutions and potential trade-offs
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs and challenges into product value
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to develop and implement business strategies
- Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
Nice-to-have skills
- Background in companies using TPM/TPO and SFA solutions
- Experience participating in IT or tech-enabled digital transformation initiatives for commercial processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting market and competitor analysis; collaborating with customers to generate, collect, and validate ideas for the product development/improvement roadmap
- Participating in the creation and execution of company strategy: working with the management committee, preparing tactical plans, and building processes
- Developing ideas for new products (business plans, models, go-to-market strategies)
- Contributing to or leading product innovations: translating business ideas/needs into meaningful features and functionality, assessing product feature value and ROI, and monitoring development, release, and presale activities
- Supporting Sales & Marketing with product demos, communication materials, and customer engagement
