Associate Director of Partner Marketing Programs & Campaigns

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Associate Director of Partner Marketing Programs & Campaigns to lead and scale our partner marketing organization, driving integrated marketing strategies that accelerate partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.

This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing partner marketing programs, overseeing campaign strategy, optimizing marketing investments, and delivering measurable business outcomes across our strategic partner ecosystem. Reporting as a senior marketing leader, this position will directly lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers and Campaign Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The role will serve as a key cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Vendor Management, and Executive Leadership to align partner marketing investments with corporate growth objectives. This individual will own strategic planning, campaign execution, budget management, performance measurement, talent development, and operational excellence while providing data-driven insights that influence business decisions at the executive level.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with expertise in partner marketing, demand generation, revenue-focused campaign development, organizational leadership, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive talent development through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and career growth opportunities.
  • Create scalable organizational structures, processes, and operating rhythms that enable consistent execution and business growth.
  • Champion employee engagement and cultivate a high-performing team capable of adapting to evolving business priorities.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and serve as an advocate for the Partner Marketing organization throughout the company.

Strategic Planning, Performance & Business Insights

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for partner marketing programs and campaigns aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline contribution, revenue impact, partner engagement, and marketing performance.
  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, with actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and investment optimization opportunities.
  • Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into marketing performance and return on investment.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making through advanced analytics, forecasting, attribution reporting, and performance measurement.

Budget Ownership & Investment Management

  • Own the annual partner marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, allocation, and performance management across programs, campaigns, and partner investments.
  • Ensure marketing investments align with strategic priorities, business objectives, and revenue goals.
  • Optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF), Strategic Co-op Agreements (SCA), and other partner investment programs to maximize return on investment.
  • Establish financial governance, accountability, and reporting processes to ensure responsible budget management.
  • Partner closely with Finance and executive stakeholders to develop forecasts, evaluate investment effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor budget utilization, funding compliance, and overall program profitability.

Program & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated partner marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Drive planning and execution across multiple partner segments, go-to-market motions, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing programs align with sales priorities, partner objectives, and organizational revenue targets.
  • Oversee campaign performance, lead management, attribution, and pipeline acceleration efforts.
  • Ensure successful management of campaign milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and performance outcomes.

Partner & Executive Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as the senior marketing leader responsible for partner marketing strategy, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align partner marketing initiatives with pipeline generation and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and Marketing leaders to drive alignment and execution across the business.
  • Ensure partner marketing programs support broader corporate objectives and long-term growth strategies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or related marketing leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Proven experience leading marketing strategies and programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Demonstrated success managing marketing budgets and partner investment programs.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience developing reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, attribution models, and ROI measurement strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within technology, channel, distribution, reseller, or partner-focused organizations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing MDF programs, co-marketing initiatives, and partner-funded marketing investments.
  • Proven success building, scaling, and transforming marketing teams and operational processes.
  • Experience supporting executive-level planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 – $200,000.00 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
