IF YOU ARE
- Experienced hands-on senior architect or senior consultant with proven experience designing, delivering, and scaling real agentic systems in enterprise environments, beyond tool experimentation or conceptual work
- Analytical in translating technical depth in LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted delivery into measurable client value
- Strong foundations in computer science and software engineering, with the ability to apply design patterns and composition in real systems
- Comfortable working across the software development lifecycle, with a deep understanding of how software is built, tested, deployed, and operated, and how agentic systems integrate with delivery pipelines and governance requirements
- Communicative with consulting and client leadership experience, serving as a trusted advisor who helps clients and delivery teams find clarity amid complexity
- Facilitating client workshops and enablement sessions grounded in real work, helping teams understand and apply agentic strategy through practical training and hands-on execution
- Interpreting technical system behavior and delivery implications into clear, actionable guidance for clients and delivery teams, supporting decisions and execution in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Recognized for getting it done, bridging strategy and implementation, and turning theory into measurable outcomes
- Experienced in leading teams with direct reports, including managing AI adoption, resistance, and change at the human level
