EDUPRO WORKSHOPS
EDUCATOR PROFICIENCY PROGRAM
Teaching today isn’t just about delivering knowledge — it’s about guiding students through a constantly shifting world. Whether adapting to new technologies, helping students develop critical thinking, or staying motivated in an unpredictable environment, educators need strong soft skills to remain effective and confident in their work.
EDUPRO is a professional development program designed to help educators strengthen these skills. It includes a series of online workshops focused on practical strategies for communication, adaptability, and leadership in the classroom. Each session is led by experts from SoftServe who have hands-on experience in education and professional growth.
This year, EDUPRO is introducing a glocalized format, making the program more accessible and relevant to different regions:
• Workshops in English for participants from European countries
• Workshops in Spanish for participants from Latin America
The program will start with a joint opening session on March 20, bringing all participants together to introduce key themes and set the stage for learning.
This is an opportunity to improve your teaching approach, exchange ideas with colleagues from different countries, and gain skills that will make a real difference in your classroom.

CERTIFICATION
Each registered participant receives a personal certificate from SoftServe and a supplement for a certificate upon completion of the EDUPRO workshops program. The certificate includes duration, ECTS credits, location, program plan, dates, and signature.
ECTS CREDITS
This program is available with 0,5 ECTS credit. Each participant explores educational materials (video materials) at their convenience. This flexibility ensures that the advanced training programs accommodate the individual requirements of each participant.
